One of the main families of company certifications is definitely the ISO (International Organization for Standardization). The only standard in this family (ISO 9000) for which it is still possible to activate a certification procedure is the ISO 9001 certification, which, since 2003, has replaced the previous standards ISO 9002 and ISO 9003.
