**ILLUMINATING BODIES STRUCTURES**
The structures of illuminating bodies are made of cast iron or die-cast aluminum.
All ornaments are made of aluminum.
Lamp posts and bells are produced through the aluminum sheet drawing process.
Classic modern lanterns and street fixtures are made of die-cast aluminum.
All illuminating bodies are equipped with supports for electrical components and E27 or E40 lamp attachments.
Illuminating bodies with CUT OFF technology feature anodized oxidized aluminum reflectors, with a thickness of 6µm and polished with flow recoverers.
Globes, skirts, and shapes are made of PMMA.
**ILLUMINATING BODIES OPTICS**
The optics of illuminating bodies are constructed with reflectors in accordance with current anti-light pollution regulations.
The optics can be symmetric, asymmetric, roto-symmetric, or elliptical. Incandescent or LED light sources can be installed.
**ACCESSORIES**
Cast iron poles have an internal tapered steel core based on the diameters of the cast iron parts and come with accessories such as doors, stainless steel screws, and fasteners.
Shelves and arms come with stainless steel accessories and hardware.
Illuminating bodies are equipped with stainless steel accessories, hardware, and supports for electrical components.
Urban furnishings, where necessary, are equipped with stainless steel accessories and hardware.

**CAST IRON AND STEEL POLES**
Constructed in compliance with current safety standards, consisting of poles and tops with single or multiple illuminating bodies.
Lamp posts are divided into the following Series:
Series 100 - Artistic poles of medium and large sizes, in cast iron, including pastoral elements.
Series 300 - Artistic poles of medium and large sizes, with cast iron bases and accessories, and tapered pole adorned with cast iron or aluminum elements including pastoral elements.
Series 100 consists of:
Central core in "hot-dip galvanized steel" with appropriate fuse holder windows.
Bases, decorative elements, truncated conical shafts, capitals, tops, fuses, crafted in cast iron EN GJL200 - UNI 1561, mounted on the pole core with coupling, and fastened with appropriate screws, with the possibility of attaching smooth or richly decorative arms, cast in cast iron, with an incorporated steel cable pass-through tube, firmly attached to the pole with appropriate screws, and with a suitable terminal for installing illuminating bodies.
Where required, the Pastoral element is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, smooth or enriched with cast iron details and a suitable terminal for suspending the illuminating body, fixed to the central core with cast iron collars and appropriate screws.
Stainless steel fasteners.
Series 300 consists of:
Poles, tapered in various diameters, made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with appropriate wiring windows, fixed to the "O" plane in the appropriate pit.
Bases, reductions, taperings, pinions, and various ornaments, cast in cast iron or aluminum, fixed to the central pole with appropriate screws.
Pastoral tops, single or multiple, made of hot-dip galvanized steel, smooth or enriched with ornamental friezes in cast iron or steel, with a terminal suitable for suspending the illuminating body, fixed to the central pole with cast iron or aluminum collars, and appropriate screws. Where required, it is possible to apply a pole head or multiple arms, as in Series 100. Stainless steel fasteners.
**BRACKETS**
In cast iron, aluminum, or steel, richly ornamented, equipped with suitable tubes for cable passage and wall mounting plates.
**ILLUMINATING BODIES**
Made of cast iron die-casting, steel sheet drawing, or steel with aluminum ornamental components and equipped with CUT OFF and FULL CUT OFF plates.
Electric components comply with regulations.
**URBAN FURNISHINGS**
Extensive experience in the field allows us to produce various elements in cast iron and aluminum known as components for artistic urban furnishings.
Through our foundries, we produce a wide range of urban furnishing elements.
Our production includes, for example, planters, baskets, bollards, bike racks, and much more. We can produce any component useful for decorating small and large cities in classic and modern styles. Our production is also enhanced by the use of innovative materials such as stainless steel and environmentally friendly materials such as STRONGPLAST, post-consumer heterogeneous plastic, our flagship product.
**SURFACE PROTECTION**
Cast iron surfaces are properly sandblasted before painting.
Steel surfaces are hot-dip galvanized.
Painting is carried out through the following cycle:
a layer of single-component zinc phosphate primer, a finishing coat of highly protective catalyzed two-component paint.
Standard color is antiqued black, type EUROCOMITALIA.
Upon request, painting according to the customer's RAL specifications is possible. Detailed 5P painting cycle:
**POWDER COATING CYCLE**
The cycle consists of a single treatment that provides good protection against atmospheric agents, extending its preservation over time. Detailed 5P painting cycle:
